Quella di oggi è una proposta non convenzionale, adatta a chi vuole ritirarsi a vivere in un contesto rurale, lontano dai rumori delle città e dai tradizionali percorsi turistici.
Siamo sull’altopiano Ibleo, nel comune di Rosolini, un grosso centro agricolo a sud di Siracusa, di derivazione araba periodo in cui questi ultimi conquistarono la Sicilia e trovarono l’ impero bizantino in completo disfacimento e non fu difficile per loro insediarsi pacificamente nella zona portando i benefici della loro cultura.
Questa città è circondata dalla campagna, prevalentemente adibita alla coltivazione di mandorli, agrumi, ulivi e carrubi.
Ed è proprio tra le morbide colline che circondano Rosolini ma a soli 15 minuti da Modica e 20 da Noto, le splendide capitali del barocco Siciliano, che andremo a visitare una splendida tenuta, finemente ristrutturata.
Attorno a noi si snodano i muretti di pietra che delimitano le diverse colture finché raggiungiamo il cancello da cui abbiamo accesso al cortile principale della casa in cui è rimasta l’antica pavimentazione a memoria del passaggio di carri e piedi che di qui si spostavano senza sosta.
Il piazzale è chiuso sui 4 lati da muretti o da pratiche costruzioni, dalla casa padronale, ai garage ai depositi e vanta al centro un pozzo fondamentale per la vita non solo di un tempo.
In questa primo spazio potreste pensare ad un allevamento di animali di cortile o di razze canine dato la presenza di locali autonomi che permettono lo stallo.

Il soppalco è utilizzato ora come studio può, grazie all’aggiunta di un divano letto, diventare una stanza per gli ospiti o una sala hobby o tutte e tre assieme.
Da qui, passando per un disimpegno adatto come spogliato e cabina armadio passiamo alla stanza padronale con bagno en suite finestrato con doccia.
Come avrete capito questa casa è molto versatile può ospitare dalla coppia che vuole stare sola, alla famiglia con figli.
